NOTD - Zebra Print

A quick nails of the day post for you today and as you can see from the title and the picture below I decided to go for a zebra print look.

I used a black base coat and then applied the white zebra print using my konad nail art kit

Sally Hensen No Chip Acrylic Top Coat

I love to do animal print nails but it takes me quite a while to make it look neat!

St. Ives Apricot Scrub

I have recently tried the St. Ives Apricot Scrub wich has been on my wish list for ages now however I never used to remember to pick it up when I was out shopping! Whilst out shopping last week with my friend Emma I finally remembered! The product was slightly more expensive than I thought It would be so decied to buy a small travel sized mini version to try out.

I tried the product that night and was really impressed with it. My skin was left super soft & fresh I was really pleased with the product so much so that when I was shopping at the weekend I picked up the normal larger sized bottle. The scrub comes in a few different varieties for different peoples skin types I got the Innovating scrub (small) & the large one for blackheads & bleamishes.

I am really glad that I finally got this product as I love it! I think I have used it eveyday since I bought it although it is recomennded that you use it 3 to 4 times a week to get the best results. If you haven't already tried this product I would suggest that you did as it leaves my skin so nice!

I Love Earrings!

Hi everyone

Gosh I can't believe it's the 1st of September today!

Anyway this is just a quick post as I wanted to share with you some new earrings that i have bought, I'm a little obsessed with buying earrings especially from Primark! I went to Meadowhall yesterday and bought 3 pairs! They will be featured in my next Haul video but I wanted to do a blog post on them as my camera takes better quality pictures so here goes.

I first bought 2 pairs of earrings from Primark....


So I first spotted these pretty star earrings £1.50, I used to have some similar to this from Peacocks but they were getting grubby and I lost one!

I then spotted these & couldn't resist they are so pretty I think they are like a Panda type thing £2.50, what do you think? I love animal earrings and have a few diffrent pairs.

Finally I went into Republic to look for a purse & found a really cute Elephant ring however I already have many rings so when I spotted these matching earrings £4.99 I just had to buy them, I love them!

 

I really have too may pairs of earrings!

NOTD - Delight

I was sorting out my nail polish this afternoon & had a quick count up I shockingly have over 50 at the moment many of them I no longer use!

So I have decided that I'm going to stop sticking to the new ones and use some of my old polishes. Today I decided to use an old favourite 'Rimmel's Lasting Finish 211 Delight' I haven't used this for ages!

As far as I am aware Rimmel no longer sell this colour which is such a shame as I used to love it and wear it all the time, it's such a pretty colour. I have had mine for gosh I would say at least 3 or 4 years and it is a little gloopy now but I love the colour.

I used the Konad Image Plate to print the flower on there just for something a little diffrent but pretty & simple.


Over the next few weeks you will see more NOTD as I am going to be using alot of my (old) nail polish.
